Wiz is co-founder and general partner of Spacecadet ventures, which invests in breakthrough technologies at the edge of impossible.
But why did I choose Wiz to be the first investor interviewed on At Large? As Wiz says, technology may be the fuel, but storytelling is the oxygen. A creative marketer by background, Wiz partners with early stage companies on story sprints and vision quests to help shape what might be a wonky technology into an infectious narrative arc.
He tells us about some of the moonshot ideas he's backed, how he evaluates founders (which he calls space cadets), and we'll get into our shared love of cooking over open flame.
